Welcome to Receipt Scanner, a mobile application developed and operated by NeogenxAI (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Receipt Scanner mobile application (“App”) available on iOS and Android platforms.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • If you are under 18, you must use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities under your account are your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Premium Services

The App may offer a Premium Subscription that provides enhanced features, including but not limited to:

  • Unlimited receipt scanning
  • Unlimited data viewing and analytics
  • Unlimited recipe generation

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Free Trials (if applicable)

  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. Privacy Policy & Data Usage

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data for:

  • Improving app functionality and user experience
  • Analytics, research, and performance monitoring
  • Marketing and advertising (where permitted by law)

  • All content, trademarks, features, and functionality are owned exclusively by NeogenxAI.

  • Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without compensation.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
  • Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will meet your expectations
  • The App will be secure or free from harmful components

All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.
